Junior Support Specialist
Description of a position:
- professional phone and e-mail support provided for users both from the Czech republic and abroad
- testing new versions and SW updates
- possibility to participate in interesting projects (after training)
Place of Work:
- Brno, Czech republic
Specification of working relationship:
- full-time relationship
- multi-shift operation
- accession immediately, or by consent
Requirements:
- secondary or university education
- experience from a similar position (not a prerequisite)
- advanced English, both spoken and written
- good knowledge of OS Windows
- knowledge of Linux solutions a plus
- communicativeness and ability to deal patiently with users
- willingness to learn new procedures and technologies; responsibility and active approach
