With the Digital River GmbH (element 5) customer support staff, you will be able to check your credit card number as well as other details of your order.
It is also possible to place AVG order with our experienced distributor or one of local resellers. Contact information is available on this page.
If you purchased AVG in our online shop, kindly visit Digital River (Element5) - our order processing company - Customer Care Center and click on the My Account button (in the right top corner). In My account you will find an overview of your orders that were processed. You can review details of your order and you can also reprint your invoice.
To receive the login data for your account, please click on Did you forget or never create your login data? and enter your e-mail address. Your login data will be located in Element 5 database and sent to you immediately by e-mail.
Generally a 30 days refund policy applies to the purchase of AVG software.
